- Candidates must be Nigerian citizens, have a strong sense of teamwork, and have exceptional analytical skills.
- Birth certificate or a legal age declaration certificate along with an identification card from the state and local governments

- Holders of the NCE, B. Ed, B. Tech, or B.Sc., as well as the NYSC certificate, may apply.
