Aseptic Packaging in a Multinational Company Hires Technical Manager
Job Title: Technical Manager – Aseptic Packaging
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Providing timely and apt Technical Support to the customers so that Customer Satisfaction levels are highest.
- Follow-ups on the trial and commercial runs at customers.
- Support revenue generation through technical support, the sale of spare parts and services.
- Develop higher competence levels of the technical team through knowledge sharing and training.
- Develop cross-platform knowledge and technical skills for various types of aseptic filling machines
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Tech / HND in Engineering
- Must have 8-15 years of experience in Aseptic Packaging Company
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent team player and ready to quickly adapt to functional and departmental changes.
- Result-oriented with a sharp focus on achieving targets set by Technical Services Department.
- Self-motivated with a passion for excelling in the functional role.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, and customer happiness/satisfaction and ensure business continuity with all clients.
- Always ready to provide quick technical support to customers either by onsite or off-site support.
- Hands-on Work Experience of 8-10 years on Tetrapak Machines is a must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines (TBA19, TBA8, A3 Speed, A1 etc.)
- Electro-Mechanical training on similar aseptic filling machines is preferable.
- Knowledge of Aseptic Packaging Technology is preferable.
- PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc and others.
- Basic Knowledge of working principles of Electro-Mechanical instruments, equipment and technology is a must with soft ( computer) skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
